She provides strategic guidance on compliance, governance, and ESG policy while assisting companies with internal due diligence, supply chain governance, and regulatory obligations.

 

Vlada also supports businesses in developing training programs and navigating alternative dispute resolution processes, such as mediation and arbitration, to address social and labor rights challenges effectively.
